    RFQ Questions

    Before requesting a quotation.

Do I need exact specifications before requesting a quote?

Not necessarily. If exact specifications are unavailable, send a product reference, photo, link or as much information as you currently have.

Can I upload product images or technical files?

The RFQ form can be configured to accept appropriate reference files through Contact Form 7.

Can I request pricing for private-label products?

Yes. Include the product, quantity, market, branding and packaging requirements in the inquiry.

    Can I request wholesale pricing?

Yes. Provide the required product, approximate order quantity, destination and packaging requirements.

What if my product is not currently listed?

You can still submit the requirement for feasibility review. The company should only confirm capability once it has actually been evaluated.

Does submitting the form guarantee a quotation?

No. A quotation depends on whether the product, quantity and commercial requirement can be properly evaluated.

Need to discuss the requirement first?

If your project is still at an early stage, you can send a short message through WhatsApp or contact our team before completing a detailed RFQ.
